HOW WE BEGIN
Our client centered process begins with you. As a potentially new client, we usually start with a 15-20 minute phone conversation to get to know one another. We know you’ll have all sorts of questions and we’ll try to answer them or provide a framework as to how your questions will be answered.
COMMUNICATION
The goal of our conversation is two-fold, to answer your question as to whether we might be the financial advisory solution you’re looking for and we need to determine whether you’re the right type of client for us. We can‘t work with everyone; there’s just not enough time. So, we try to find the type of clients who work best with the type of advisory services and support we offer.
CONNECTION
If we both agree that sitting down together would be a good thing to do, then we’ll schedule an initial complimentary discovery meeting so that we get to know one another on a deeper level. After that meeting, if we both feel that it’s appropriate, then we can lay out options for an engagement.
